Got a message or link from your clinic?

Nabhaya is the software your clinic uses. For appointments, records or to stop messages, contact your clinic. Its privacy notice is linked on your booking page, slip or bill.

Nabhaya does not give medical advice.Your doctor makes every clinical decision, and only your clinic can book, change or cancel your appointments. In an emergency, call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

What you might receive

Messages and links from your clinic.

Each one comes from your clinic, sent through Nabhaya.

Booking link

Your clinic's booking page lets you choose a doctor and a free time. You confirm with a code sent to your WhatsApp and agree to the clinic's privacy notice before you book.

WhatsApp messages

Booking confirmations, reminders, your OPD token, bills, prescriptions and lab reports. Reminders have Confirm, Reschedule and Cancel buttons.

Secure document links

Prescriptions, bills and lab reports open after you enter the last 4 digits of your mobile number. Links expire, and your clinic can withdraw them.

Verification QR

Printed lab reports, and some bills, carry a QR code. Scanning it shows whether the document is genuine, with only your initials.

Payment links

A payment link shows your clinic, your first name and the amount due. You pay through your clinic's own payment provider, and the money goes to the clinic.

Waiting-room screen

The TV shows your token number and room and, if the clinic chooses, your initials. It calls each token by voice.

Stay safe

Is this message really from my clinic?

Check these points before you open a link or pay.

  • The message names your clinic.
  • Links from Nabhaya open on clinic.nabhaya.com.
  • Documents ask only for the last 4 digits of your mobile number.
  • Card and UPI details go to your clinic's payment provider, never to Nabhaya.
  • Never share a WhatsApp code with someone who calls or messages you. Enter it only on the page where you asked for it.
  • If something looks wrong, call your clinic on the number you already know.

Common questions from patients.

Short answers about links, appointments, payments, messages and your records.

Why did I get a message from Nabhaya?

Your clinic uses Nabhaya to run its appointments, bills and records, and sends you messages through it. The message is from your clinic: it names the clinic, and its links open on clinic.nabhaya.com. Nabhaya does not send its own marketing to patients. For anything about your visit or your records, contact your clinic.

How do I open a prescription, bill or report link?

Tap the link and enter the last 4 digits of the mobile number your clinic has on record. The document then opens in your browser, where you can save or print it. Links expire after the time your clinic sets, can be withdrawn, and lock after too many wrong tries. If a link has expired, reply to the clinic's WhatsApp message and choose My documents, or ask the clinic.

How can I confirm, reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Use the Confirm, Reschedule or Cancel buttons in your WhatsApp reminder, or open the appointment link and enter the last 4 digits of your mobile number. You can also ask the clinic to call you back. Changes depend on the times your doctor has free and on the clinic's rules. For anything else, call the clinic.

How do I check that a report or bill is genuine?

Scan the QR code on the printed lab report or bill. The page shows the clinic, the document number and its status, such as Verified, Provisional or Cancelled for a lab report, or Paid, Partly paid, Payment pending or Cancelled for a bill, with only your initials. Opening the full document needs the last 4 digits of your mobile number.

Is it safe to pay through a payment link?

The link opens a page on clinic.nabhaya.com that shows your clinic, your first name and the amount due. You pay through your clinic's own payment provider, such as Razorpay, and the money goes to the clinic. Card and UPI details go to the provider, never to Nabhaya. If you are unsure about a link, call your clinic before you pay.

How do I stop WhatsApp messages?

Reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop promotional messages and review requests from the clinics that message you from that number. Messages about your own appointments, bills and prescriptions continue. Reply START to turn promotional messages back on. To stop all messages from a clinic, ask the clinic, or withdraw your consent on the clinic's privacy page.

How do I see, correct or delete my records?

Ask your clinic, which controls your records. Its privacy notice, linked on your booking page, slip or bill, leads to a privacy page where you can withdraw consent, ask for a copy, correction or erasure, or nominate someone, after a WhatsApp code check. Some records must be kept for a period the law sets, so they are erased when that period ends.

Who do I contact if my clinic does not respond?

Write to our Grievance Officer, using the contact details in our privacy policy. We will pass your request to your clinic and help it respond. For how Nabhaya itself handles personal data, our Grievance Officer is Vikash Kumar Pal, Chief Executive Officer. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days, and you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
