1. The programme
The Nabhaya referral programme ("the programme") is run by improveFX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("improveFX", "we", "us"), First Floor, E-49/5, Pocket D, Okhla Phase II, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi 110020. It rewards people who introduce new clinics to Nabhaya Clinic. By joining the programme you ("the referrer") accept these terms.
2. Who can take part
The programme is open to everyone aged 18 or over, including doctors, clinic staff, medical representatives, existing Nabhaya customers and friends of clinics.
Employees of improveFX and our official resellers cannot earn referral rewards. Partners in the Nabhaya partner programme earn under their partner agreement instead.
3. What counts as a successful referral
A referral is successful when all of the following are true:
- The referred doctor or clinic is new to Nabhaya: it has no active or past Nabhaya account and is not already in conversation with our sales team.
- The clinic signs up using your referral link or code, or names you when it signs up.
- The clinic completes its 1-month free trial.
- The clinic then subscribes to a paid annual plan of Nabhaya Clinic and we receive the payment.
If more than one person refers the same clinic, the reward goes to the referrer whose link or code the clinic used first.
4. What the referred clinic gets
A clinic that signs up through a referral gets a 1-month free trial of Nabhaya Clinic, with setup help from our team. No card is needed to start the trial.
5. Your reward
For each successful referral you earn one month of the subscription fee of the plan the clinic buys. This is the plan's monthly price as published on our pricing page, before taxes, and does not include add-ons such as extra WhatsApp credits, storage or websites.
At current prices that is ₹999 for Solo, ₹1,999 for Clinic, ₹3,999 for Practice and ₹8,999 for Multi-Speciality.
There is no limit to the number of clinics you can refer.
6. When the reward is credited
Your reward is added to your referral dashboard as credits when the referred clinic starts its paid annual plan after the trial and we have received its payment. You can see every referral and its status in the dashboard.
7. Withdrawing your credits
You can withdraw your credits at any time from your referral dashboard. We pay withdrawals to a bank account or UPI ID in your name, usually within 7 working days of your request.
We may ask for your PAN and bank details before the first withdrawal. Taxes, including TDS where the law requires it, are deducted before payment and reported under your PAN.
8. Refunds and cancellations
If a referred clinic cancels and receives a refund of its annual plan, for example under our 45-day money-back guarantee, the reward for that referral is reversed. If you have already withdrawn it, we deduct it from your future credits.
9. Fair use
- You cannot refer yourself, your own clinic or a clinic you own or manage.
- Do not send spam, make misleading claims about Nabhaya or offer clinics any part of your reward.
- Do not run paid ads that use the Nabhaya name or bid on Nabhaya as a search keyword.
We may withhold or reverse rewards, and remove a referrer from the programme, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or a referral is not genuine.
10. Changes to the programme
We may change these terms, the rewards or the programme itself, or end it. We will post changes on this page and give referrers at least 15 days' notice of significant changes. Credits you have already earned stay yours and can still be withdrawn.
